Job Description

Immediate need for experienced Contact Center Representatives in North Phoenix.

  • Employment as a Customer Service Agent begins February 5th.
  • Be trained and certified to work in any call center.
  • Inbound calls

At least 6 months previous customer service experience required.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • High school diploma.
  • Superior customer service and computer skills.
  • Strong desire to exceed expectations and get ahead.
  • Participation in tuition deferred NACSMA certification program.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish applicants strongly encouraged to apply.
