Job Description

Seeking a Payroll Specialist / HR Admin to join the team, responsible for bi-weekly payroll for multiple states on top of admin duties across multiple departments.  Someone with a work hard play hard mentality will fit best in the company culture.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll
  • Assist with employee benefit programs
  • Research and stay current on payroll laws
  • Verify all payroll tax filings 
  • Assist all departments when needed

 

What you need to do the job:

  • Payroll experience in either UltiPro, Paychex, or Ceridan
  • Experience with I-9 forms, payroll processing, PTO, FMLA, and on boarding
  • Be the payroll expert of the organization and resolve and answer anything payroll
  • Close attention to detail
