Job Description

Work for an innovative, well established nonprofit in Phoenix whose mission is to help their clients become self-sufficient and end homelessness. Currently seeking a Workforce Development Manager to help this growing program by adding onto the team and building connections in the community. 

What you'll do:
- Collaborate and develop an innovative workforce program to help find opportunities for clients.
- Mentor, supervise and give direction to your team.
- Build relationships and seek opportunities for community-based collaborations.
- Collaborate with regional and national traditional workforce agencies to develop a network of resources, promote programs, and establish meaningful partnerships.
What you need to do the job:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience working in employment development or workforce development
- Knowledge of the local publicly funded workforce development systems
- Fingerprint clearance card
- Presents excellent judgement 
- Ability to work in an innovative and changing environment
